Ross Meneely Builder has an open book pricing policy. In order to achieve this transparency our quotation process is a little different and usually takes 4 weeks. Your plans, specifications and construction notes are sent to suppliers and subcontractors who provide a fixed quotation for their work. The returned quotes along with realistic prime cost and sum allowances are compiled and an exact construction cost is established.
Ross will then schedule a meeting where he will go through the quotation in detail, showing you the workings and exactly where the costs are being allocated.
We have found this detailed approach to pricing eliminates guessing and unexpected surprises.
